Happily browsing through the net and tumbled across something really shook me in the head, "hey you! check the freak out!". This is a part of the CIGE 2008 (China International Gallery Exposition 2008) happening this month in Beijing, 1000% Be@rbrick Meets Chinese Contemporary Artists Exhibition feature various talented artists contributing their art skills on a 1000% Be@rbrick. An interesting one to check out if you're a Be@rbrick head or an art freak.

Not quite sure on the details of the exhibition, but several pictures of the featured Be@rbrick have surfaced and we would like to share you with them. Do look around the web if you're craving for more on this issue. Via Milk.

Futura Laboratories 'Dirty Paint' Series

Take a little pinch of your quality and share this new series of denim from Futura Laboratories. The Dirty Paint series comes in three different types of 'dirty' styles. All three was built to look like as if it was worn before, with some kind of stains in various spots of the denim. The difference between all three is the featured art on the denim respectively - we got one with splattered paint effect, one with Futura's iconic Pointman, and the last one with another iconic Atomic Ring. Other detailing include the selvedge lining, button fly, the washed-look and the extra pocket. You got the cash, you got the style in you. Price for one of these are 39,000 yen. Tim Tsui "Blood Diamond" Da Warrior

Tim Tsui's master creation vinyl Da Warrior will soon have a new variant in addition to the other releases. As usual, the figure looks outstanding standalone already. Nevertheless adding some improvisations and technical touch ups makes it even more dashing and beautiful. A detachable helmet, an extra attachable head, red splash paints and crystal eye balls are some of the few detailing featured on this vinyl. This is known as the Blood Diamond version.

Only 200 of it are made and will go for $125 each, and soon be released on April 24 over at artoyz site. Via hypebeast.

Jeremy Fish with Sam Flores, Matt Irving & Travis Millard on New superFishal Skate Decks

superFishal announced three new graphic decks by artist Jeremy Fish in collaboration with three different artists. The artists include Sam Flores, Matt Irving and Travis Millard. Each deck will be strictly limited to 300 pieces for each design and will retail at $80. For those who loves em' all, Upper Playground and superFishal are offering these graphic decks in a set of three for $210, with the first 100 sets signed and numbered by Jeremy Fish. Priceless! Takashi Murakami x Louis Vuitton Monogramouflage Collection

Takashi Murakami will unveil his latest collaboration with luxurious designer label Louis Vuitton, blending the notable LV monogram and his camouflage print - bringing both together becoming one called Monogramouflage. This collection will feature bags and luggages, small leather goods, jewelries and apparels and will officially launch at Murakami's exhibition in Brooklyn Museum on June 1, and stocks will be available at selected LV stores worlwide starting June 15.

This isn't the first time Murakami has worked with LV on slick products. Both continue to provide meaningful reasons to the art and fashion community.

The canvas above is actually specially made for the exhibition, and it will be on sale outside the museum during that time. Definitely a piece to hunt for! Pricey lil' b**ch!

Pepsi & ARTCO Collaboration

This is a current project by New York's ARTCO and Pepsi working on new ideas to outshine others by executing brand new marketing plans to win the hearts of billions of people in the world.

ARTCO have gathered 10 potential artists from ten different countries to design their very own Pepsi can with strict limitations, technical restrictions and extremely specific guidelines that require to follow. The designs will be sold worldwide, however, it will be available at selected countries for the mean time before expanding to other countries. (click here to find out more!)

The ten artists include Owusu-Ankomah from Ghana, Nick Z from USA, Stella Lai from China, Dzine from Puerto Rico, Yoon Lee from Korea, Avaf from Brazil, Thurkal & Tagra from India, Jon Burgerman from UK, Dubossarsky & Vinogradov from Russia and Fernanda Brunet from Mexico.

Tinbot iPod Case 2nd Generation Release

iPod case makers Tinbot introduced six new artists collaboration, getting them to drop their artwork on the iPod protective metal case for their 2nd generation collection. Featured artists include Jock, Parra, Sket One, Christopher Lee, Mad and 7Sleepr. Tinbot also brought back Kurt Ketchum, who previously laid three designs for them, with another new design for their 2nd generation. These cases fit well on 5G iPod Video (30GB, 60GB, 80GB) and 6G iPod Classic (80GB, 160GB).

Tinbot was founded by Kollective.de, a group of talented designers, illustrators, photographers and innovators having a goal to create a product that beautifies your iPod machines.

H&M x DAA Fashion Against AIDS project

Swedish clothing company Hennes & Mauritz, better known as H&M got together with Designers Against AIDS (DAA) on an AIDS awareness project called Fashion Against AIDS. The project consists of various apparels from top to bottom and will be available in all 650 H&M outlets in 27 countries.

Few of the contributing artists/musicians/designers/celebrities include Timbaland, Rihanna, Scissor Sisters, Katharine Hamnett, Rufus Wainwright, Good Charlotte, Ziggy Marley, Chicks on Speed, Justice, Jade Jagger, Henrik Vibskov, The Cardigans and My Chemical Romance, who all participated to this campaign without any charges. It's pretty awkward for someone whose discussing about snowboards and outerwear when there's not even a single snow falling down from the sky. For the sake of the wonders that art and designs can do, we have to discuss.

These gorgeous snowboards are only limited to 150 pieces per item. It's good as collectibles to some.

Fendi 10th Anniversary Be@rbrick

Marking the 10th anniversary of Italian high-end designer label Fendi's Baguette cult bag, the brand teamed up with Medicom Toy to produce ten strictly limited Be@rbricks, each personalized with the styles of its 10th anniversary edition Baguettes.

The Fendi Be@rbricks comes in three different sizes, and one of them include a giant 1000% edition. Unfortunately, these toys sadly aren't made available to the public. It's mainly for window display installation in their stores which will soon be expecting to see, and some as a give away to some of their most important VIPs.

These are characters created by Australian artist Nathan Jurevicius for MTV Canada known as Fauna. Each character has its own identity, its story behind the character to compliment the detailed designs and bold colors. Each character are made limited to 200 units worldwide only. At the moment, three characters were released for purchase - Daen, Darb and Dreran. Retails at 90 CAD. The toys are currently available as pre-order at MTV Canada.
